Combining orders!

We have added a handy feature that allows you to combine orders. Combined orders are displayed side by side on the kitchen screen. When you click on a combined order on the map, the linked orders are automatically selected. This ensures that the delivery driver can bring the right combination of orders right away!

It works as follows:

 

Step 1 Click on group mode

Step 2 Tick the orders

Result order list: combined orders are given a unique color

Result kitchen screen: combined orders get a unique color

Result order summary: combined orders are given a unique color

 

Mandatory choices in the order acceptance screen

With a new setting, we made it possible for you to be forced to actually enter the mandatory choices.

 

 

How long do you have before the order should be delivered?

In the map function at the courier, we have added a counter (countdown) so you can immediately see how many minutes you have left before the order has to reach the customer.


 

New features and improvements:

  • Printing a receipt after completing a kitchen station
    You can now print a receipt as soon as a kitchen station is completed.

  • Issue with saving opening hours resolved
    An issue with saving opening hours has been resolved.
  • Additional Help Text Added to Buttons
    Additional explanations have been added to the buttons for more clarity.

  • Issue with order overview freezing resolved
    The issue where the order overview would freeze after a certain time has been fixed.

  • New ‘Back to Portal’ button
    There is now a button to easily return to the portal.

  • Error with Multi-Store accounts fixed
    An error message that appeared when no store was selected for multi-store accounts has been fixed.

  • Recovery of sold-out products in menu editor
    You can now restore sold-out products in the menu editor.

  • Improvements in order overview alignment
    Alignment improvements have been implemented in the order overview.

  • Reintroduction of the ‘On the Way’ Icon
    The ‘On the Way’ icon is back!

  • Issue with selling sold-out products at franchise stores resolved
    The issue where products could not be marked as sold-out in franchise stores has been resolved.

  • Issue with filters in the order overview resolved
    An issue where filters in the order overview were not working properly has been fixed.
